There are so many comments I could make about this story... I won't 'cause I'm still laughing so hard it's difficult to type. I will say these two guys should not have been arrested for fraud, they should have been arrested for dumb.

NEW YORK - Two men wheeled a dead man through the streets in an office chair to a check-cashing store and tried to cash his Social Security check before being arrested on fraud charges, police said.
